Okanagan Valley

Nestling in the wine country of British columbia
is the Okanagan Valley a playground in the sun with a summer climate
somewhat like California in this area there are many vinyards with
unusual names such as "Blasted Church" named after a church
who joists and walls were loosened by exploding some dynamite inside
prior to demolition.

Sun-oka Beach

Situated at the southern end of Okanogon lake is Sun-oka beach,
over looking the city of Penticton some 10 miles distant. The
park has beachfront and a play ground for children, there are
extensive campgrounds,hotels and bed & breakfast accomodation
in the area but book early as vacancies are rare during the summer
season.
