North Cascades, Hwy 20
The sawtooth peaks in the valleys of the North cascades
highway are likened to the Swiss alps from soaring mountains to
the cores of long extinct volcanoes this area offers so much for
outdoor oriented people, at the end of this road is the small western
town of Winthrop. Choose you travel dates carefully as the road
is only open 4 -5 months a year!
